excellent stay
spacious rooms equipped kitchen comfortable bed
the rooms were spacious. they featured all necessary amenities. the balcony offered views of the palm. the staff, especially ahmed from the valet team, were polite. fatima at the front desk facilitated an early check-in. the staff created a cute atmosphere. the kitchen was equipped well. the bed was comfortable.
The pool was shared and had limited zones available for use. It wasn't really a five star experience, unfortunately.

The apartment included two bathrooms. it also featured a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The spacious layout was appreciated. two sinks and a rainfall shower were nice additions.

Breakfast included many buffet options. there were unlimited freshly prepared set menus. food options were diverse. Everyone will find something to eat. the quality and variety made each morning enjoyable.

Amazing stay with great service
attentive staff special effort
the staff was attentive especially ramjan khan from housekeeping he was always around to help us thomas the front desk security guard was always cheerful and helpful arul the chef made a special effort to prepare our favorite dishes they were delicious. all the staff went the extra mile to.

the soluna beach club is accessible it is located right next to the hotel a kids zone is available providing entertainment for children and the hotel ensures a pleasant experience for families the facility stands out.

the kitchen staff were superb kratik edna mae and chef dinesh delivered wonderful food and service they always asked about preferences and provided silver service according to expectations i want to mention that the dining experience was really good.

the structure is situated at the end of the palm near the aquaventure water park i could reach it on foot using a bicycle path along the sea its proximity allows for leisurely walks and easy access to local attractions nearby.

huge apartment comfortable bed modern bathroom
The apartment was HUGE!!! Cleaners kept it well maintained. The beds were REALLY comfortable. The rooms included a kitchenette, lounge area, and a bathroom with both bath and shower.

mediocre stay, expected more
pool experience water bottle policy
the breakfast buffet was alright. the staff seemed responsive enough to requests which was acceptable.
The pool situation was honestly a mess. most of the better loungers required extra payment, which i find ridiculous when i've already payed for my stay. i also couldn't refill my own water bottle unless i purchased their branded one. It seemed like they were trying to nickel and dime me.

attentive staff transport arrangement helpful reception clean room
the staff was attentive from arrival. Thomas helped arrange transport. gertha at reception assisted with questions. bimila and ashu kept the room clean. the team is winning.
the menu was repetitive. i always ate the same things. it's really difficult.

breakfast was nice and the menu had changes during my two mornings. i had good coffee. the buffet for both breakfast and dinner was repetitive. there was little choice.
